the 1000 block radius is a "safe zone" where players will follow ALL of the general rules. but the second you step outside this radius, most of these rules get disabled. this is a test and may or may not last depending on how people feel about it and how much people follow the rules.
inside the 1000 block radius
no attacking
no griefing people's builds
inside the 1000 block radius and not in combat that started outside the 1000 block radius, all rules stated under general rules will apply.
outside the 1000 block radius
no hacking
no cheats
outside this radius, you are on your own. you can hunt players down, you can steal, grief or take them hostage with no consequences. if you die out here, server moderators will not do anything. if in combat and you run in the 1000 block radius, you can follow the same rules as outside the radius. the rules will revert back to their original state once you either loose track of the player, or once you cannot see their name tag.
